High carbon chromium alloy smelting:
In this project, high carbon chromium alloy is smelted by flux method. The high carbon chromium alloy is obtained by reducing the chromium oxide of chromium ore with coke and adjusting the melting point of slag with flux.
Conforming raw materials, higher furnace temperature, good chemical and physical properties of slag, large reaction area, are the necessary conditions to ensure the high carbon chromium alloy smelting furnace condition.
Main equipment selection:
At present, the furnace type of high carbon chromium series gold ore furnace is mainly semi-closed ore furnace, according to the characteristics of products and raw materials, some ore furnace adopts closed structure.
The content and scope of the project consists of the following workshops or facilities in the plant:
1) Raw material workshop
2) Raw material pre-reduction treatment workshop (ore sintering, users can choose according to the ore)
3) Mineral furnace workshop 1 workshop (1×16500KVA mineral furnace is a workshop)
