Product process:
1. Raw material preparation: Select high quality aluminum oxide powder as the main raw material, and add appropriate amount of conductive materials and additives as required
2. Mixing of ingredients: aluminum oxide powder is mixed with conductive materials and additives in proportion to ensure the uniformity of raw materials .
3. Loading: will mix the raw materials into the electric arc furnace, usually use tipping or fixed electric furnace.
4. Power melting: Close the furnace cover, power so that the raw materials in the electric arc furnace began to melt. In this process, the aluminum oxide powder in the raw material is melted and recrystallized at high temperatures to form white corundum
5. Refining treatment: by controlling the parameters such as voltage, current and temperature in the smelting process, refining treatment is carried out to eliminate impurities and residual gases in the molten liquid to ensure the purity and quality of white corundum
6. Cooling crystallization: the molten liquid is poured into the ladle, cooled and crystallized at a certain cooling rate, and finally a dense white corundum block is obtained.
7. Crushing and screening: the cooled white corundum block is broken, screening, according to the granularity required by customers for processing, to form different specifications of white corundum particles or micro-powder.
