Zirconium corundum Furnace
Equipment use:
Mainly used for smelting zirconium corundum, fused corundum, mullite and other abrasives and refractory materials.
Equipment form:
Zirconium corundum furnace is a fixed water-cooled furnace cover, top feeding, water cooling structure of the lower furnace wall. Electrode lifting adopts full hydraulic proportional valve control regulator.
Structural features:
1. Fixed plate water cooling furnace cover, top feeding, lower shell outside the furnace wall spray water cooling structure;
2. Each phase uses two large-section internal water-cooled cables, compensators, copper bars through the wall, copper tube type conductive cross arm, etc., to form a space triangle arrangement of energy-saving short network. Short mesh impedance value ≤3mΩ, three-phase impedance unbalance ≤8%;
3. Advanced and reliable fully hydraulic electrode lifting automatic regulator, using the American Parker proportional valve: automatic and manual operation. Arc current setting range: 25%-150% lm. Electrode response time: 0.15S.
4. The furnace body tilting adopts hydraulic transmission, Parker proportional valve;
5. The electrode holder adopts belt clamping, reliable use and long life.
6. The electrode clamp is held tightly by the disc spring and hydraulically loosened.
7. The electrode automatic lifting regulator is controlled by Germany Siemens PLC.
8. The primary side voltage of the transformer is 10KV, the secondary voltage is 100-529V, 35×3 level on-load electric + no-load voltage regulation, top out line mode;
9. The cooling water system has pressure and water temperature, flow monitoring, sound and light alarm. In order to prevent power failure, users need to set up a high water tank or diesel generator.

Mechanical structure description and working principle:
The zirconium corundum furnace is a fixed furnace cover, the furnace door is charged, the furnace body platform is a fixed shaft tilting mode, and the water cooling structure is sprayed outside the lower furnace wall. The mechanical part is composed of the following parts:
