Working principle
The DCS automation control system collects various physical quantities during the production process in real time through on-site sensors, converts them into electrical or digital signals, and transmits them to the on-site control station. The controller in the on-site control station processes and calculates the collected signals according to the pre-set control strategy, generates corresponding control signals, and then adjusts and controls the production process through the executing mechanism to keep various parameters of the production process within the set range, thereby achieving automated control of the production process.
